She has over 14 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business development and finance, and she has successfully built start-ups from the ground up, all with a focus on elevating others every step of the way.
J. Lonyá shares tips, techniques, and powerful business strategies through her books, podcast features, one-on-one consulting, empowerment workshops/classes, and growth-focused blogs. She is passionate about empowerment and confidence and all its many iterations, with a particular interest in raising the next generation of confident entrepreneurs.
